First Interview
If we see a good match, we’ll invite you to an initial conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR — typically online via Microsoft Teams. We want to find out whether our values and expectations align. At the same time, we look forward to learning more about your professional background, your experience, and your motivation.
Second Interview
After a successful first conversation, we’ll invite you to a second meeting — ideally in person on-site. We’ll address open and role-specific questions, discuss tasks, collaboration, and role expectations. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet additional team members and see our workspace.
Optional: Case Study
Depending on the role, a small assignment, presentation, or sample task may be part of the process. This gives you insight into typical responsibilities and gives us insight into your approach.
